Effective October 20, 2026. This private installation is operated by its account owner for specifically authorized mailboxes. It is not a public subscription service or the official hosted Inbox Zero service.

Connect only accounts you are authorized to manage, and comply with your organization's requirements. The operator controls access, automation rules, AI services and infrastructure.

Automation and AI can make mistakes. Review rules and generated drafts before relying on them. A label or extracted suggestion does not grant authority to send messages, modify calendars or perform unrelated actions. Mailbox changes must stay within the owner's approved policy. Recoverable Trash is distinct from permanent deletion.

Availability and recovery depend on the operator's server, providers and backups. The operator may disable an integration or stop the installation. Revoking provider access stops future access but is separate from removing existing application records.
